Stayed here during our vacation, it was a good experience. All of the stuff where outstandingly accommodating, amicable. The location was wonderful, close to the sea and the japanese restaurant.

0.5 miles from the airport. Reasonably large and fine room and particularly good bathroom with a spa bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a drier. A view of garden from my window.

The beach at this hotel was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear turquoise waters and powdery white sand. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun during my Christmas vacation. Additionally, the hotel had a great selection of amenities, including multiple pools, restaurants, and bars. There was always something to do or somewhere to eat on the property, which was convenient. One more advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the hotel was quite far from any attractions in the area, making it difficult and expensive to explore Cancun.

The attention of the staff, especially Juan Fuentes, Mayra and Miguel... The food of Isla Blanca. The Zentropia SPA.

Comfort on the beach, they can't have 40 umbrellas for so many people. The theme restaurants weren't open every day. The non-conclusion of places like the theater or the beach restaurant.

Excellent resort staff, very friendly and trained, warm, make you feel at home!

Clean resort with friendly staff. Late check-in was not a problem. Enjoyed the silent party and 24-hours sports bar. Beautiful grounds and plenty to do. Amazing food, especially Poiseidon and Sumptuori. Can't wait to return.

Thanks to outstandingly accommodating and attentive staff I had a fine a double room with views of garden. Location just off downtown Cancun which is like 30 minutes away and the airport. Also, on beach.

The property was stunning, with beautiful lakes and well-maintained buildings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, allowing for a relaxing and tranquil experience. We also loved the variety of food options available, with something to suit every palate.

One downside was the lack of entertainment, with the nightly shows being low-budget and disappointing. Additionally, the beach experience after 5pm was marred by annoying bug bites, although the hotel staff assured us that it was not their fault.

It is fairly clean and big hotel, the staff are affable and location on the beach is wonderful. The rooms are large and fine and include coffee/tea making equipment and glassware. The rate is usd 266, satisfied. Would definitely return here when I'm there.

Such great overall experience. Fairly clean hotel in a big building next to all restaurants, and downtown Cancun which is like 30 minutes away. The really kind and nice staff working throughout the property. Big rooms & good bathrooms. With an electric kettle and glassware: )

The property was fairly clean and wonderful and the location was amazing. My room was large with a private bathroom. There was a hot tub too. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and attentive and made me feel welcome. I stayed at this hotel for vacation, it was a great stay.
